Heya! I’m zeq. I document my experiments, configurations, and ideas here. You can find most of my projects on GitLab.
My daily driver is Arch Linux, which I use to build and tweak my systems exactly how I want.
I’ve explored a wide range of operating systems over the years, from minimal and experimental to full-fledged desktops: Redox, Haiku, Windows 11/10, Android, iOS, 9Front, 9Legacy, FreeBSD, Illumos, Oracle Solaris 10, and more.
None of them satisfied me completely, which led me to start creating my own operating system experiments and projects, focusing on clarity, minimalism, and control.
Everything here is designed to be readable, minimal, and functional, from text browsers to modern desktops. No unnecessary scripts, no flashy frameworks, just content that works everywhere.
Some parts are unfinished. That is intentional. Everything should load quickly, explain itself clearly, and fail gracefully if needed.
